- Consider approval of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2061-09-25 appropriating various amounts in accordance with the budget adopted for the ensuing fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026. (Finance Director)
- <strong>Public Hearing:</strong> Hold a public hearing, receive citizen input, and consider action on the Fiscal Year 2027 Proposed Budget for operations of the City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027. Per Section 102.005(b) of the Texas Local Government Code, this budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $598,600 or 4.4%, and of that amount $286,849 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
