5. Consideration and possible action on a Resolution of the Montgomery Economic Development Corporation, establishing a regular meeting schedule and changing the meeting schedule from quarterly to monthly.
6. Acknowledgment of the Chapter 380 Economic Development Ordinance and Guidelines. This was approved and adopted by City Council during a regularly scheduled meeting on August 25, 2026.
7. Presentation and discussion of the Chapter 380 Guidelines Economic Development Incentive Guidelines and Application Process. The guidelines and application were approved by City Council on Tuesday, August 25, during the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
