Consideration and possible action of an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Montgomery, Texas, amending the zoning classification as defined in the City Code of Ordinances Chapter 98, "Zoning," for MONTGOMERY TOWNSITE 07, LOT 8A-1, ACRES 0.718, Montgomery, Texas, more commonly known as 900 Caroline Street, from "R1" Single Family Residential Zoning District, as found on the City's Official Zoning Map to "R2" Multifamily Residential Zoning District; and to amend the Official Zoning Map; providing a savings clause; providing a repealing clause; and providing an effective date upon passage and publication.
  11. <strong>TABLED 09/08/2026</strong>: Consideration and possible action on the Special Warranty Deed and conveyance of property, and authorization for the Mayor to execute the deed.
  12. Consideration and possible action to authorize the Montgomery Police Department to transfer ten (10) surplus radio chargers and ten (10) compatible radio batteries to the Texas Department of Public Safety – Magnolia.
  13. Convene into the Public Hearing for the purpose of considering whether to adopt the Unified Development Ordinance ("UDO").
