- Consider and take appropriate action to authorize the City Manager to execute an EMS clinical rotation agreement with Possum Kingdom Lake EMS Education.
- Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Global Payments Integrated to provide merchant processing services for a term of twenty-four (24) months at a cost not to exceed $480,000 annually.
- Consider and take appropriate action on a resolution suspending the July 31, 2025 effective date of Oncor Electric Delivery Company’s requested rate change to permit the City of Mineral Wells time to study the request and to establish reasonable rates; approving cooperation with the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncore to hire legal and consulting services and to negotiate with the company and direct any necessary litigation and appeals; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a severability clause; and providing for an effective date.
