2. Discuss and consider approval of a contract with Diamond Communications to market City-owned property in Mineral Wells, Texas, to telecommunications companies, with no cost incurred by the City.
3. Consider and take appropriate action on a potential amendment to Appendix B, Zoning Ordinance, of the Mineral Wells Code of Ordinance to prohibit smoke/tobacco shops, vape shops, and head shops.
