1. Consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement for 9-1-1 addressing and GIS services between Palo Pinto County and the City of Mineral Wells, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement, and subject to review and approval of the City Attorney.
2. § 551.071(2): Consultation with Attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act, regarding: (i) Contract for Financial and Accounting Services.
3. Consider and take possible action on a Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Property Known as 109 SW 1st Street and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute All Documents for said purchase.
4. § 551.072: Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, regarding: (i) Public Safety Facilities, (ii) 109 SW 1st Street.
