- Conduct a public hearing and consider and take appropriate action regarding a Short Form Plat of a subdivision of a 9.740 acre tract of land out of the Daniel Bourne Survey, Abstract No. 32, Palo Pinto County, Texas, within the ETJ of the City of Mineral Wells, Texas to Lots 1-5, Block A, Carter Corner, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
- Consider adoption of an ordinance modifying certain Texas Municipal Retirement System benefit provisions for the City of Mineral Wells, Texas.
