- Consider approval of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Texas Department of Transportation FY 2027 Routine Airport Maintenance Program Reimbursable Grant Agreement, Project No. M2702MNWL, accepting up to $100,000 in State funding, authorizing a City of Mineral Wells match of up to $11,111.11, and authorizing administration of the grant.
- Consider approval of an amendment to the Commercial Contract - Improved Property with 4 Adventures, LLC, extending the closing date for the purchase of 109 SW 1st Street.
- §551.071(2): Consultation with Attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act, regarding (i) Millsap Water Supply Wholesale Water Contract.
- Consider and take appropriate action to approve Task Order No. 2 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., in the amount of $33,500 for the development of a proposed local downtown historic district designation and associated design guidelines, increasing the total authorized contract amount from $40,750 to $74,250.
- Consider and take appropriate action to approve Change Order No. 1 with Firetrol Protection Systems in the amount of $42,720 for the installation of additional electrical metallic tubing (EMT) raceway for the fire alarm system at the Genesys Aerosystems (Stec) Hangar, increasing the total authorized contract amount from $452,398 to $495,118.

- Consider and take appropriate action to approve a Short Form Plat of a subdivision of a 1.000-acre tract of land out of Section No. 357, T&P RR Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1543, Parker County, Texas, within the ETJ of the City of Mineral Wells, being part of a certain 10.000-acres tract described in Volume 1362, Page 678 of the Real Records, and being the same tract described in 202523985 of the Official Records of Parker County, Texas.
- Consider and take appropriate action to approve the Vacation and Closure of a portion of a right of way located at a portion of NE 2nd Ave, north of NE 2nd St., being a 0.106-acre of NE 2nd Ave., east of Subdivision ‘G’, west of Subdivision ‘H’, Lot 1, Block 1, Wiggins Addition; Tracts 1 & 2, in the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
- Consider approval of a resolution adopting the Motor Vehicle and Equipment Operator Standards for the City of Mineral Wells, Texas.
- Consider approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 1 of the Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances to establish provisions for the appointment and service of an Associate City Judge and update related Municipal Court provisions.
- Consider approval of a resolution adopting the Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use and Governance Policy for the City of Mineral Wells, Texas.
- Recognize and acknowledge the service and contributions of the Mineral Wells Independent School District Librarians for their support of Boyce Ditto Public Library during the past year.
- Consider and take appropriate action on the minutes of the special called meeting held on August 28, 2026.

- Consider approval of a resolution formally requesting that Palo Pinto County consider increasing its financial participation in the Mineral Wells Animal Shelter and Boyce Ditto Public Library, and authorizing City staff to pursue revised cost-sharing agreements.
