Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Appendix D - the Comprehensive Fee Schedule of the City Code by revising the fee amounts collected by the City for the purpose of the annual review and update to the City’s fees, reauthorizing all building permit fees and other City fees in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 214, Subchapter Z, Section 214.908, providing for a public hearing, providing a conflicts resolution clause, providing a severability clause, and declaring an effective date.
