Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Zoning Application No. Z0126-0434, submitted by Rande LeCours, SLS Consultants, for a change of zoning to amend Planned Development (PD) - Industrial, Ordinance No. 4962, to modify the development standards and concept plan in the PD for the East Tract located at 180, 200, 270, and 300 Long Creek Road. (No responses in favor or in opposition to the application have been received from property owners within the statutory notification area. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval with certain stipulations.)
