A resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Forney for Forney to provide to Mesquite wholesale wastewater services so that Mesquite may provide wastewater service to a proposed 446-acre development located in Kaufman County inside the City of Mesquite’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
