Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Appendix D - the Comprehensive Fee Schedule of the City Code by making certain deletions and additions in Appendix D for fees collected by the City of Mesquite for the purpose of the City Council’s Annual Review and Update to the City’s fees, reauthorizing all building permit fees and other City fees in accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 214, Subchapter Z, Section 214.908.
