An ordinance amending the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) boundaries pursuant to an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Forney, Texas, reducing the City’s ETJ in the area of Highway 80 and County Road 225 and expanding its ETJ in the area of Interstate 20 and High Country Lane.
