  3. Discuss and consider adoption of an ordinance approving the City of McLendon-Chisholm Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Budget.
  4. Discuss and consider adoption of an ordinance levying the City of McLendon-Chisholm’s 2026 property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 at $0.121555 per $100 of taxable value, consisting of a Maintenance and Operations (M&O) rate of $0.111013 and an Interest and Sinking (I&S) rate of $0.010542. The proposed tax rate exceeds the no-new-revenue tax rate of $0.110084 and is equal to the voter-approval tax rate of $0.121555.
  5. Consider approval of a resolution of the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas providing authorized signatories to the city's financial accounts with Alliance Bank, Tex Pool, Logic, Wilmington Trust and Central Bank.
  6. Consider approval of the Sept 15, 2026 Special City Council Meeting Minutes.
  7. Discuss and consider approval of an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Budget
  8. Consider approving the following persons as members of the Parks Board: Jeri Cawelti and Phil Collins
  9. The City Council for the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, reserves the right to convene into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed, as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551,§551.071 - Consultation with attorney, to wit: Update discussion on Sonoma Verde Water Pipes.
  10. Discuss and consider an ordinance amending the City of McLendon-Chisholm's participation in the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) by increasing the employee contribution rate from 7% to 8%, while maintaining the City's 2:1 employer matching ratio, with an effective date of October 1, 2026
