Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider, Discuss and Act upon a Recommendation to the City Council Regarding the Adoption of the 2024 Editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Energy Conservation Code, and the International Swimming Pool Spa Code, Codified in Chapter 122 of the Code of Ordinances, City of McKinney, Texas (the “McKinney Code”), and the International Fire Code, Codified in Chapter 42 of the McKinney Code, Together with Local Amendments to Each of the Foregoing “Model Codes” Recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments and/or City Staff.
