- Approval of the July 16, 2026 City Council Meeting Minutes.</li><li>Authorize the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Jail Services between the City of Lucas and the City of Wylie.
- Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Tiseo Paving Company for an amount not to exceed $17,996,144.60 with a contingency of $969,159.77 and right of way acquisitions of $500,000 for a total of $19,465,305. Encumber $17,939,549 to account 21-8210-491-136 (West Lucas Road) and encumber $1,525,756 to account 21-8210-490-132 (8” Force Main Relocation).
- The City Council will convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
