Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the installation of traffic control devices at the NW corner of 5th Street and Avenue R, approve the existing stop sign at the SW corner of Avenue R and 5th Street. Installation of a stop sign at the NW corner of 8th Street and Avenue R, approve the existing stop sign at the SW corner of 8th Street and Avenue R, Precinct 4. The City of Shallowater will install stop signs at the intersection SE 8th Street and Avenue R.
