Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Commercial Contract-Improved Property for the purchase of property located at 1321 & 1323 58th Street, Lubbock, Texas and authorize the Lubbock County Auditor to issue the earnest money as required by the Agreement and authorize County Commissioner Mike Dalby to execute all documents necessary to completing the closing.
