Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a funding request for the Coronado and Lubbock High School Mariachi programs within Lubbock Independent School District pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.004, will be used to promote the arts in our community.
