Presentation, discussion and/or action on Resolution 2026-32, setting a public hearing under section 311.003 of the Texas Tax Code for the creation of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone containing approximately 1,959.22 acres of land generally located east of North Colorado Street/US Highway 183, west of and Inclusive of Dry Creek Road, north of Flores Street/FM 672, and south of Rolling Ridge Road, and to be wholly located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Lockhart, Texas; authorizing the issuance of notice by the City Secretary of the City of Lockhart, Texas, regarding the Public Hearing; and directing the City of Lockhart, Texas to prepare a Preliminary Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan.
