A Taxpayer Impact Statement prepared under § 551.043(c)(2) is attached to this notice.
  10. Discussion and/or action regarding the proposed contractual engagement letter between ABIP CPAs and the City of Lockhart for external financial auditing and related professional services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contractual engagement letter.
