1. Discuss and consider action on a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Leander and Leander Foundation for a term of three (3) years to address accessibility improvements at City-owned park facilities for a term of three (3) years with the option of an additional renewal of two (2) years; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
2. Approval of Amendment No. 7 to Task Order No. WAL-1 with Walker Partners Engineering, Inc. for revisions to design and construction phase for Raider Way and East Woodview Drive Roadway Improvements Project (CIP T.12) in an amount of $219,235.00 for a new total contract amount of $1,699,833.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
3. Approval of Amendment No. 4 to Task Order WPM-01 with Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. for professional services for Lakeline Boulevard 16-inch Water Line (CIP W.72) in the amount of $26,715.00 for a new contract total of $246,480.52; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
4. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Master Professional Service Agreement No. MATLT-REL-CIPS23-019 for material testing services to change the name from Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, LLC to UES Professional Solutions 45, LLC; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
5. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Task Order TSIT-35 by TSIT Engineering and Consulting, LLC for construction services for San Gabriel East Elevated Storage Tank (CIP W.41) in the amount of $15,410.00 for a new contract total amount of $45,465.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
6. Award of Solicitation CIPS24-004 to Gameta Construction, LLC dba DKC Construction Group for construction services for Senior Activity Center (CIP P.6) in the amount of $8,783,822.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
7. Award of Solicitation CIPS24-008 to Asphalt Inc., LLC dba Lone Star Paving Company for Roadway Rehabilitation Fiscal Year 2024 (CIP T.102) in the amount of $2,090,045.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
8. Award of Solicitation CIPS24-003 to CMC Development and Construction Corporation, LLC for construction services for Leander Fire Station No. 2 renovation and addition (CIP M.16) in the amount of $1,939,000.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
9. Award of Solicitation CIPS24-007 to EAR Telecommunications, LLC dba EARTC for Construction Services for Intersection Improvements at Collaborative Way and Bagdad Road (CIP T.71), CR175 and Journey Parkway (CIP T.75), and San Gabriel Parkway Eastbound at U.S. Highway 183 Right-Turn Lane (CIP T.20) in the amount of $2,301,795.31; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
