- Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract W.55-WPL-CIPS23-020 with Walker Partners, LLC, for the planning, design, and engineering services in the amount of $147,010.00, for a new contract total of $2,221,135.00, providing for a four (4) month extension of term duration for the Hero Way West Elevated Storage Tank and Waterline (CIP W.55); and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
- Approval of Amendment 4 to Task Order GBA-001 with George Butler Associates, Inc., for additional professional services for the construction phase along with Procore software training, setup and integration in the amount of $65,755.00 for a total contract amount of $697,111.00 for Wastewater Lift Station No. 2 and Lift Station No. 6 (CIP WW.44); and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Award of Solicitation CIPS24-012 to Patin Construction, LLC, for construction services to construct an extension of San Gabriel Parkway eastward from County Road 270 to Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard, between Palmera Ridge and the new Palmera Bluff, in the amount of $6,912,964.00 for San Gabriel Parkway Phase 2 (CIP T.11); authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and authorize City Manager to approve change orders up to $50,000.00 with a total amount of change orders not to exceed twenty (20%) percent of original contract amount.
