1. Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Master Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Leander, Texas and Omnia Partners for the purchase of goods and services and providing an effective date.
2. Approval of the purchase of a Samsara vehicle telematics system and related installation services through Samsara’s authorized reseller Carahsoft Technology Corporation using the Omnia GA: 23-6692 cooperative contract in the amount of $197,458.62 over three (3) years; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
3. Approval of Development Agreement Case DA-24-0019 regarding the amendment to the Bagdad Plaza Market development agreement on one (1) parcel of land approximately 2.81 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson County Appraisal District Parcel R594078; generally located and legally described as Lot 1, Block A of the Bagdad Plaza LLC Subdivision, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
4. Council Member Future Agenda Items <em>[Any deliberation of or decision about the subject of the inquiry shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting.]
