- Approval of an expenditure with Motorola Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $49,481.80 for the purchase of five (5) handheld radios to be used by five (5) new officers of the Leander Police Department utilizing Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program contract RA05-21; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Approval of Amendment No. 6 to Contract WPM-1 with Walter P Moore, providing for the installation of a control valve at the existing CR 280 elevated storage tank and associated electrical equipment, associated with the Lakeline Boulevard 16-inch Water Line (CIP W.72), increasing the contract by an amount of $16,000.00 for a new total contract amount of $276,444.52; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Award of Solicitation CIPS25-001 to Joe Bland Construction for the construction services for Bagdad Terminus Pump Station (CIP W.74), in the amount of $19,968,518.00; authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to $50,000.00 with the total amount of change orders not to exceed 25% of original contract amount.
- Award of Solicitation CIPS24-013 to Dust & Dirt, LLC dba CivCon in the amount of $736,270.50 for East Street Utilities (CIP WW.49) construction services for roadway asphalt paving, adding water and wastewater lines, and eliminating the City's first lift station, Lift Station #1, and replacing it with a gravity connection to the South Brushy Creek Interceptor; authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to $50,000.00 with a total amount of change orders not to exceed 25% of original contract amount.
