- Approval of the purchase of one (1) 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, to replace a vehicle in the Police Department, from Sewell Chevrolet of Andrews pursuant to City of Leander Contract L00321 in the amount of $55,645.00; providing for uplifting and delivery charges in the amount of $33,407.00 for a total cost of $89,052.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Approval of Amendment 1 for the mowing of street rights-of-way, detention and water quality ponds, open channel and other drainage areas, and water and wastewater facilities with Unity Contractor Services, Inc. relating to the Right-of-Way Mowing Services Contract #L00323 ; providing for an increase to the yearly contract in the amount of $19,000.00 due to current labor and material cost for a new annual contract total of $399,000.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Award of Solicitation CIPS25-003 to DigDug Construction, LLC for the City of Leander Pond Maintenance 2025 including the removal of all sediment, debris, and unwanted vegetation within the splitter box, sedimentation ponds, and storm outfalls, restoration of the top six (6) inches of sand filter media, and other maintenance work in the amount of $146,985.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
