Authorize Purchasing Agreement L00431 by and between the City of Leander and the Municipal Emergency Services, Inc. for the purchase of tools, firefighting equipment and personal protection equipment maintenance, replacement, and repair services with Sourcewell, Contract numbers 011124-MES, 011824-MES, 020124-MES, and 010424-MES for three (3) years for a total of 900,000.00 utilizing a Cooperative Purchasing Program; providing for an effective date; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents
2. Award of Solicitation CIP25-004 to Applied Research Associates (ARA), Inc. in the amount of $286,539.34 for pavement assessment and five-year (5) management plan development; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
