- Approval of the Purchase/Renewal of mobile device management (MDM) software and related professional services from SHI Government Solutions, Inc., utilizing TIPS purchasing cooperative contract #230105 in the total amount of $64,466.50; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents and renewals.
- Approval of the Purchase/Renewal of antivirus, identity protection, and ransomware prevention software along with related professional services from SHI Government Solutions, Inc., utilizing Texas DIR contract DIR-TSO-4317 in the total amount of $112,217.07; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents and renewals.
- Approval of the License Agreement renewal with ESRI for a three-year (3) term for the Geographic Information System (GIS) software in the amount of $191,063.29 for the term of the contract; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Recognitions/Proclamations/Visitors.Proclamation recognizing October as National Planning Month.</li><li>Old Town Master Plan Silver Award — The City of Leander has received the Silver Award in Urban Design for the Old Town Master Plan. This award honors efforts to create a sense of place, whether a street, public space, neighborhood, or campus effort. The Old Town Master Plan was selected by the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association awards committee for its originality and compatibility with the Comprehensive Plan along with the effective engagement tools used to collaborate between leadership, public interests, and private development. </li><li>Planning Excellence Award — The City of Leander has received a Planning Excellence Award for 2025. This award is issued by the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association and recognizes planning excellence in municipalities throughout the State. The City of Leander is recognized for the level of training of Planning Commissioners and professional qualifications of the planning staff, breadth and currency of master plan components and completion of other planning-related projects.
- Approval of the Option and Site Ground Lease Agreement between the City of Leander and Branch Towers VI, LLC to lease a portion of the property of land located at 209 Kaufman Loop (City of Leander Kaufman Loop Water Tower) identified as Tax Parcel ID: R549068 in Williamson County; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
