- Approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Grand Prairie for the purpose of utilizing the City of Grand Prairie’s competitively procured contract for micro surfacing pavement preservation services.
- Approval of Change Order No. 5 to the contract agreement with CMC Development and Construction Corporation, LLC for the EMS addition and expansion of Fire Station No. 2 (CIP M.16) to update the fire sprinklers in the original section of the fire station to current code compliance, including the need to add fire sprinklers throughout the attic space; increasing the current contract by an amount of $80,173.55 for a new total of $2,101,685.33, with an extension of 25 calendar days; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
- Approval of Task Order ARCH-LSA-CIPS23-019-02 with Lopez Salas Architects, Inc., for Golf Course Maintenance Facility Renovation (CIP P.59), in the amount of $294,150.50; providing for the remodeling of a single-story pre-engineered metal building approximately 3,000 square feet to be used as the golf maintenance facility, including site improvements and a new single-story office building of approximately 4,000 square feet; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
