1. Conduct a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the existing Contract for Solid Waste Disposal and Collection Services between the City of Leander and Al Clawson Disposal, Inc., effective August 6, 2020, which is an exclusive contract for provision of Solid Waste collection and disposal services within the City, as well as other services providing to extend the term of the contract for three (3) years to January 31, 2029.Discuss and consider action on the First Reading of an Ordinance amending the existing Solid Waste Disposal and Collection Services between the City of Leander and Al Clawson Disposal, Inc., as described above on the posted agenda.
2. Approval of an agreement with Texas Multi-Chem, LTD. utilizing BuyBoard Contract 705-23 to provide professional services in the amount of $71,472.00 to renovate, level and expand all existing baseball and softball infields at Benbrook Ranch Park, located at 1100 Halsey Drive, Leander, Williamson County, Texas; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
3. Authorize the purchase of seven (7) Dodge Ram trucks from Cameron Country CDJR at a cost of $326,425.00 under BuyBoard contract 724-23; three (3) Development Services - Engineering Inspectors, one (1) Development Services - Building Inspector, two (2) Development Services - Stormwater Inspectors, and one (1) Parks Department; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
