1. Approval of the purchase of materials and installation services with Cunningham Recreation utilizing BuyBoard Cooperative Contract 781-25 to resurface the Lakewood Park Splash Pad due to July 2025 flooding that caused extensive damage in the amount of $185,916.12; and authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract and execute any and all necessary documents.
2. Approval of Task Order GEN-HDR-CIPS23-019-01 under the Agreement for Professional Services with HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR), for engineering and inspection services related to micro-trenching in the amount of $99,918.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
3. Award of Solicitation S26-006 to D.I.J. Construction, Inc., for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform all work required for roadway striping services on an "as needed" basis for five (5) years not to exceed $500,000.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
