- Discuss and consider action on a Resolution authorizing creation of an Employee Benefits Trust; designating trustees of said Trust; and authorizing the Trust to purchase various forms of insurance for the benefit of city officers, employees, qualified retirees and dependents.
- Discuss and consider action on the Second and Final Reading of an Ordinance levying ad valorem taxes for the use and support of the municipal government of the City of Leander, Texas, for the Fiscal Year 2027; providing for and apportioning each levy for specific purposes; and providing when taxes shall become due and when the same shall become delinquent if not paid.
- Receive presentation and accept the 2026 Leander Public Arts and Culture Master Plan as revised pursuant to City Council direction at its meeting of June 5, 2025.
