The City Manager shall present to Council a budget for ensuring fiscal year with accompanying budget message". 24-1225 no action taken

Submission of the proposed 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) as per ArticleVI, Section 6.05, of the City Charter which states that "the City Manager shall prepare and submit a five year capital program at least sixty (60) days before the end of the fiscal year. 24-1226 no action taken
10. 3. Discussion with possible action regarding an ordinance ordering a special election to seek approval by the qualified voters of the City of Laredo to authorize the issuance of debt obligations, and any other matters incident thereto. 24-1514 approve Pass
