6. 7 a. Consideration of possible action on the property of BARRIENTOS AGUSTINA, & (husb.) JOSE, c/o JESUS MARIO BARRIENTOS, whose legal description is E2/3 OF LOT 4 BLK 429, EASTERN DIVISION. It is commonly known as 3820 SANDERS AVENUE.
7. 8 Demolition order amended for 3820 Sanders Avenue, Jesus Mario Barrientos, shall be vacated and that all occupants shall vacate and cease occupancy of the structure no later than the 30 days, 23rd day of October, 2026.. Following expiration of the time provided herein, no person shall occupy or reenter the structure except as authorized by the City of Laredo for purposes related to securing, removal, or demolition of the structure, in accordance with Chapter 16 of the City of Laredo Code of Ordinances and Texas Local Government Code § 214.001."
8. 9 V. ADJOURNMENT NOTE: The next meeting will be scheduled on November 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Building Development Services, office located at 1413 Houston St., Laredo, Texas 78040
