The City of Laredo Mayor, Dr. Victor D. Treviño, and Council recognize the Healthier Texas Community Challenge participants who were the top performers in their respective districts. District winners recorded the highest cumulative active participation in their respective districts, while the top overall participants recorded the highest cumulative active participation citywide. Their commitment to physical activity, personal wellness, and community engagement exemplifies the goals of the Neighborhood Challenge and contributes to building a healthier Laredo.
