Recognition of Roberto Rodriguez upon his retirement from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDot) after 26 years of dedicated public service. Mr. Rodriguez is honored for his close collaboration with the City of Laredo, his professionalism, commitment, and significant contributions to transportation projects that benefited the community.
