Presentation of a Key to the City of Laredo to Amado M. Peña, Jr., renowned artist and Laredo native, for his contributions to the Chicano art movement and depiction of indigenous life. Mr. Peña’s work has been displayed as seen in the United States Department of States Art in Embassies Collection and Smithsonian American Art Museum.
