The City of Laredo and City Council recognize Santos Ramos as a legendary figure in bodybuilding, honored for winning the title of Mr. Mexico seven times—including in 1976, 1977, and 1984—and for his achievements as a fitness entrepreneur. He also competed in professional wrestling under the masked persona “El Guerrero Azteca,” successfully blending bodybuilding and professional wrestling and distinguishing himself through his dedication and success in both disciplines.
