Discussion and possible action to: 1. Reschedule the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting from December 3, 2026, to December 10, 2026; 2. Establish a November 10, 2026, submittal deadline for zone change applications for the December 10, 2026, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting; 3. Eliminate the November 17, 2026, submittal deadline for zone change applications; 4. Establish a November 25, 2026, submittal deadline for master plans and plats for the December 10, 2026, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting; 5. Eliminate the December 2, 2026, submittal deadline for master plans and plats 6. Cancel the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for December 17, 2026; and, any matter incident thereto.
