Discussion with possible action to direct the City Manager to work with Webb County to pursue the creation of a Groundwater Conservation District for Webb County, including Laredo, to give our community representation in Groundwater Management Area 13 (GMA 13) and help protect and plan for our future groundwater supply, and any matters related thereto.
