Consideration to award parts/service contract RFB 2026-057 to the lowest responsive/responsible bidders: 1) Bone’s Custom Cycles, Laredo, Texas, in annual amount up to $95,000.00 and $285,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 2) South Texas Auto Rebuilders, Inc., Laredo, Texas, in annual amount up to $95,000.00 and $285,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts/service for the City’s street sweepers. All parts will be secured on an as-needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This contract can be renewed for three additional one-year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
