Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Licensing Agreement with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow officer, employees, agents, and contractors to enter City property to operate, maintain, repair and/or remove temporary and re-locatable surveillance and communication system in or around the World Trade Bridge, along the River Vaga and at South Laredo Wastewater Treatment Plant, and any other matter incident thereto.
