Consideration to renew parts/service contract FY25-034 with the following vendors: 1). Bone’s Custom Cycles, Laredo, TX in an annual amount up to $130,000.00 and $260,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 2). Laredo Mechanical Industrial Services, Laredo, TX in an annual amount up to $75,000.00 and $150,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 3). Gutierrez Machine & Welding Shop, Laredo, TX in an amount up to $75,000.00 and $150,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term: for providing small and large size trailer repair services for the Fleet Department. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one-year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be renewed for two additional one-year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management fund.
