Consideration to award supply/service contract RFB 2026-052 for vehicle repair services for small and medium vehicles for the City’s Fleet Department to the lowest responsive/responsible bidders: 1). Andy’s Auto Air & Supplies, Laredo, TX in an annual amount up to $135,000.00 and $405,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 2). Toro Automotive LLC., Laredo, Texas in an annual amount up to $135,000.00 and $405,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 3). Glz Auto Services, Laredo, Texas in an annual amount up to $75,000.00 and $225,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. All services will be secured on an as needed basis. This contract can be renewed three additional one-year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. All repair services will be secured on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
