Authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order #1, #2, and #3 in the amount of $1,389,116.31 to Webber (formerly PLW Waterworks, LLC) of Woodlands, Texas for the Manadas Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project. With approval of Change Order #1, #2, and #3, the updated contract will be $52,658,116.31. Funding is available Sewer System Fund- 2022 Sewer Revenue Bond.
