Consideration to award annual supply/service contract RFB 2026-050 for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts/service for the City's Caterpillar equipment with Holt Caterpillar, Laredo, Texas, in an annual amount up to $850,000.00 and $2,550,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term. All parts and services will be secured on an as needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This contract can be renewed three additional one year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
