Consideration to authorize the City of Laredo to act as the sponsoring employer for an O-1A Nonimmigrant Visa Petition for our current Air Quality Specialist within the City of Laredo Public Health Department, Yonghong Luo, and to authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents required to submit the petition to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
