Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the City of Laredo’s FY 2026 annual budget by appropriating revenues and expenditures in the amount of $465,259.00 in the 2022 Revenue Bond. The interest earnings being appropriated are to pay for expenses on new projects and upgrades.
