Consideration to approve a Mutual Aid Agreement between the Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, and the Laredo Fire Department for Complex Emergency Response and Investigation Planning related to active attack incidents at primary and secondary school facilities in Webb County. This agreement will be reviewed each year from the date of execution to determine if amendments need to be made. There is no financial impact.
