Consideration to authorize the City Manager to execute a Work Authorization #2 between the City of Laredo and Webb County Drainage District No. 1 for the Emergency Repairs at Southern Development - Midtown Oil Patch Road with an estimated construction cost of $222,030.00; authorizing the City's fifty percent (50%) participation in construction costs in an amount not to exceed $111,015.00, and an additional amount not to exceed $20,000.00 for materials testing, for a total City contribution not to exceed $131,015.00. Funding is available in 2023 Certificate of Obligation Bond and 2024 Certificate of Obligation Bond.
